Initially I was very impressed with the professionalism and proposal presented by LGCY Solar. After further investigation their claims about the saving being generated were way overblown and inaccurate. Additionally their pricing was super inflated. This company has zero integrity.
I have a no solicitation sign up at my door and in general our HOA does not allow solicitation. Nonetheless I got a knock at my door when I was trying to feed my toddler before bed. When I mentioned that, instead of an apology I got an attitude. I guess my HOA will be in touch shortly.
I have a no solicitation sign on my door, however they didn’t care. They still knocked. We answered the door because we thought it was one of our neighbors, but they went on a hard spiel about solar. I’m not in the market for solar but if/when I am, I’ll avoid this company. I’m not sure why businesses think soliciting and bothering people by showing up at your front door is a great way to do business. It’s ANNOYING
"Art"/Arturo rang my doorbell tonight at 7:51PM as I was putting my kids to bed. Completely unsolicited, and instead of apologizing when I told him I was trying to put my kids to bed; he tried to again sell me a solar system (I get it, you're trying to get as many "no's" from me as possible). The whole "we were in your neighborhood because we're installing solar" is just a ridiculous way to try to convince a homeowner to listen to your spiel.
