My name is Claudia Tapia I recently signed a contract with this company, but I decided to cancel it because I took the time to research my project and realized it was a poorly done project. LGCY POWER was offering me much less energy than my house needs, but that's not all. I also realized they were offering me a very high price for the cost of energy, much higher than the local company (NV Energy). NV charges me 11 cents per kWh, and LGCY tried to charge me 17 cents. Unfortunately, they will promise things and not go through with it. My father got the system installed, he was told they’d put critter guards on it, and he and I were both told that, we remember specifically because that was the only thing keeping him from doing it. This company is the definition of when they show u who they are believe them! They lack the most basic skill in customer service, which is COMMUNICATION.
