If 0 stars were possible, that would be more fitting. LGCY Power installed solar panels on my home 2 years ago. My roof is only 5 years old, and because of improper installation, I now have a severe roof leak, moisture in my attic, destroyed insulation and extreme water damage to my bedroom ceiling. After a month of constant emails and phone calls, LGCY Power continues to refuse to repair their installation mistake. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained all of the advantages of solar power and the benefits it would bring. He answered my questions, helped breakdown the cost for me and explained the process from day one to installation. I was left with an easy “to do” list and a better understanding of solar energy.
Loved the no cost out of pocket install program and Jake was super helpful through the whole process! Great company 10/10!! Install and county inspection after went smooth and solar just made sense for us saving $50+ month! 6 months veteran discount we appreciated as well!
Salesmen apparently are hired for their stated inability to read--especially signs prohibiting disturbing residents, i.e. 'No Soliciting'.
