This company is literally a joke. The application process seems sketchy anyway, there is no option to pay the application fee through the website, you have to Zelle it personally to the manager. The property they showed us was absolutely ridiculous. It looked so much worse than the photos. Trash everywhere, roof tiles thrown all over the lawn, broken doors in the backyard, and an all around bad experience. We waited at the property for an hour before the manager came to let us in. And absolutely no follow up to our questions... read more

These people are scam artist and work against tenants with slumlords. Gus promises to make the landlord take care of his property but he's only in it for the money, he doesn't care unless your the one paying him. I don't recommend that anyone does business with them. They are also known as Ayden and tyler property management. I warn you from experience, stay FAR away from this company.
