I placed an order for an LG MKV Carbon Heritage Wing in December 2024. More than a year later, I have received neither the product nor a refund. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
Purchased some parts then ended up canceling the order. Took 2 months, a paypal dispute, and many pointless phone calls to them only to hear either " their system is down" or "I should receive my refund in 5 business days". Buyers you've been warned.
How do you claim a product is in stock when it’s not? I waited over a month and a half and never even received a tracking number. I called multiple times and they couldn’t give me any clear answers on what was going on or how long it would take. Every time I asked to cancel my order, they just wouldn’t process it. I emailed as well and never got a single response. The customer service was honestly terrible. Update: for all those who are getting screwed by these guys, I did eventually get a refund after I filed a complaint on Paypal site and they forced them to refund. It did take months. Dont give up, dont let them keep your money Stole my money! I ordered headers w/x-pipe for my C7 on 9/16/2024. I've been dealing with them since January 12, 2025 to get refund and they keep lying to me telling me they've sent the refund via credit card refund and a "check in the mail".
