Took my c7 for a damaged torque tube and a header installation with tuning. I called, set a date and took it in to Sergio. Next thing I know I get a call back saying everything was done and was ready for pick up. Overall great experience, great communication! Do recommend if you or anyone you know with a vette or any nice cars you guys may have and looking to get upgrades, hit these guys up they're fast and professional.
DO NOT BUY FROM LG MOTORSPORTS. For 3 months I got the run around on $4k worth of products. I called and cancelled the order and was told I would get a refund. After 5 weeks of dealing with Paypal I finally received a refund. I don't know how a business can go from what it once was to what it is. Its pathetic! I was a previous customer before this with multiple purchases but not any longer!
Terrible experience, no one apologized for the inconveniences or took accountability on not following through on shipping times. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, they will lie straight to ur face and then blame you for it. I’ve been contacting them constantly, and while they do reply, it’s not to service the customer. Really hate having to post this because I don't normally give a one star but unfortunately it's justified in this case. Maybe I should have headed the advice of others here on not dealing with LG.
