Jumping through hoops to get a direct drive motor replaced for our dishwasher. They company wants everyone else to do all the warranty work just for a motor to be sent that's still under warranty. Don't buy LG!!
We had a great experience with lg home improvements. Vincent and his father Larry were very attentive and professional. Our bathroom and kitchen were done perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Also their workers were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
