I used this practice for over 20 years and the people running it now treat their patients like garbage.
Edit: The horrible woman is gone (praise) and much better replacements have been made. As a result, I’m bumping up my review by 1* As a newer patient, all I know is that Claudyn leaving is a tragedy as almost no one else at this clinic is compassionate or respects your time. I had a teleheath appointment with Dr. Gong and he was 40+ minutes late with no warning, and no apology ! Worst run doctors office I’ve ever experienced. They NEVER answer their phone, not even when you’re trying to pay a bill! When they finally call you back, they give you attitude! If I’m ever hospitalized and they try and give me a doctor from this office again, I will run! I recommend you do the same!
They never answer the phone, I am trying to pay my statement and they just never answer their phone. I got a letter in the mail saying they will send the bill to collections and there is no way to pay online. Bad service
