Bad service The doctor and Claudine are fine, however, the rest of their team, i.e., front desk and billing etc are awful. They keep sending bills and not follow through on their work. Basically, my mom has been trying to have their office to send requisite information for her medical supplies. They make multiple calls and Claudine keeps telling me that she asked the front desk to send a fax, but the receiver never gets them. We’ve been patients since 1978. Dr. Bell must be so sad to know how bad patient care is now. I’ve been sick since 12/26. I’ve called multiple times with little or no response. Today I was told nobody was available and I should go to urgent care. What kind of practice doesn’t have anyone available?

LG in lake zurich....able to get appointments, see the doctor and staff. On staff phlebotomist is very good.

I have been going to this place my entire life. It was a great place when it was run by Dr. Bell. Since Dr. Gong has taken over there is a steady decline. I loved Nikki but since she left the whole place went south. No one ever bothers to answer the phone or call back. Does the receptionist sleep all day? Last time Walgreens called in a prescription for me (because they don’t answer the phone) the office called the prescription into the WRONG pharmacy. I’ve decided to leave and take my health elsewhere. They don’t care. I’m ... read more
