Edit: The horrible woman is gone (praise) and much better replacements have been made. As a result, I’m bumping up my review by 1* As a newer patient, all I know is that Claudyn leaving is a tragedy as almost no one else at this clinic is compassionate or respects your time. Worst run doctors office I’ve ever experienced. They NEVER answer their phone, not even when you’re trying to pay a bill! When they finally call you back, they give you attitude! If I’m ever hospitalized and they try and give me a doctor from this office again, I will run! I recommend you do the same!
They never answer the phone, I am trying to pay my statement and they just never answer their phone. I got a letter in the mail saying they will send the bill to collections and there is no way to pay online. Bad service
As a long time patient here they have lost all my respect due to rudeness, not answering phones and having poor follow up. Your receptionist is VERY rude and inconsiderate. I was told I was gonna get a call back about my blood work and FINALLY got the call back months later with wrong information as I got a second opinion. This practice has decreased in quality and will no longer be using and instead find a new doctor.
