I’ve had two appointments with Dr. Kattler at this location. Both times have been smooth and without hiccup. Dr. Kattler talks and treats you like he’s catching up with an old friend. He’s very professional while also being very personable. He’s a through doctor and you will be in good hands with him.
Dr. Walpole is great! His staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, and very responsive! My husband has used the other doctor and likes him as well. I highly recommend this office.

Well the doctor was good, however the billing department and office were insufficient! I am still trying to get a bill paid and submit a deducible to my insurance. I have spent hours (12 so far) trying to get the CORRECT forms. The billing department does not call back, I need to call to follow up. When I do, I get someone else who has no knowledge of my issue, I have repeatedly repeated the same scenario over and over again! My bill is from.11/2016. I will never use them again!!!!
