when I want to see my main provider and call to see my main provider, I should not have to schedule an appointment with somebody who does not know my medical history or 'have' to resort of this...........my past experiences of having to see another other than my main provider have been pathetic , and now considering another avenue, when I want to see 'my doctor' that means I want to see my 'doctor'......I feel at this time its time to find another facility and move on with regret of Penn Medicines' nonsense
