Do not go here or to any LG Health medical practices. They will bill anything in any way in order to get the most amount of money possible and you as the patient have no power to change that. You can schedule your appointment specifically as a yearly annual wellness exam, which is a preventative service that should be 100% covered by insurance but after they see you, they will find any reason to not bill it that way so that you have to pay $300 to speak with the doctor for 15 minutes. Very professional and caring, from the Dr to the receptionist. Never have I been rushed, been a patient for two years.
I will always come back to be seen by Shirley. She is such a light. She’s so personable, and kind. I don’t have enough words to give to describe the care I get every time I see her. I wish everyone had her attitude and positivity. I always leave feeling heard and satisfied with my visit.
Great friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Gagliano is always sweet and pleasant to work with. Not sure what's up with the bad reviews, but I've been going to the Buck practice since my last PCP retired and never had an issue here. Thanks for taking care of us. To complainers, all I have to say is... imagine a world without doctors and nurses. I'm glad these people dedicated their lives to helping others.
