Watch out! Avoid anything associated with Lancaster General Health. Their billing department is highly unprofessional and fraudulent. They and their patient advocates refuse to respond to me or my insurance company about two miscoded bills, and have now sent one to a debt collector. I am continuing to dispute this and their unprofessional behavior.
Watch out! Billing department of Lancaster General Hospital likes to send fraudulent bills and mis-code your 100% COVERED labworks. They need to get in touch with my insurance AND refund my money. I thought I was paying for the urgent care appointment I also had the same day. I didn’t expect FOUR bills from LGH… it should have been two. Absolutely absurd.
A little late in opening, but overall good, fast check in, prompt withdrawal of blood.
