Awesome trainer
Lavar is an amazing trainer who is incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented. He meets each client at their level and helps them to achieve their personal best. I've been working with Lavar for nearly three years and began my training at the age of 66. I had no upper body strength when I started working out with weights. I've made tremendous progress and can now lift heavy groceries and shovel wet snow with ease. I highly recommend Lavar!
I have had a long journey and LG has helped me lose over 60 lb, no longer a diabetic, no longer any diabetic medication. Thank you LG
