Avoid at all costs! No interest in a reply for the company on here as I contacted the CEO numerous times to voice my concerns, had a scheduled call that he was a no show for and have not heard back yet. Have heard back from the realtors more AFTER I backed out of the deal than in the 6 months since my relationship with them began in Feb.

Beware of the agent Diana Romano. She is extremely unprofessional and really doesn’t care about her clients . She really is only interested in money . I never write reviews but if it saves one person the anguish she caused me than it is worth it . There are plenty of realtors out there. Diana Romano is one you need to stay far away from .

I was interested in a coop and I spoke to Joshua and he connected to an “ Allena “ what a run around for nothing. Everything was very ambiguous, then the listing was delisted. I contacted the management company and I was told that the owner was still living in the coop. An unpleasant experience, being played with. There’s people that need a place to live and the housing situation in New York is dire.

August 2021 - an update: my friend went with another broker and agency (names withheld) - My friend was selling her million dollar property and those that supposedly to represent her lied to her. They informed her the buyer complained about something and they took a thousand $ off at closing.
