Worst experience ever Delay with the delivery defective dryer and fridge and they canceled the washer machine order in the same date of the delivery without a previous notice Reordered the same fridge and they changed the price adding 350$ LG you ripping off people We ended me my family’s with no appliances in my house because of your negligence and carelessness That’s a shame
Never again, they have the worst customer service
Over the last 3 weeks, I've attempted to get service, on a recalled portable room air conditioner. They initially scheduled a tech, ( I use the term loosely!) for October 21st between 1-5pm. He, Leonardo Perez, called-me, that morning to cancel and reschedule. Due to, "a family emergency" We agreed, on the following Tuesday, October 26th at 2:30PM. This was HIS preferred date, and time.
