As an hvac technician I’ve worked on many of this companies systems and have promoted them to customers. Recently (about 2 months ago) I purchased an all in one washer and dryer combo which worked great for the first 3 days then quit working. We called the company who told us to deal with the distributor who conveniently told us to work with LG.
