Our car was broken into at 5pm on Monday, made some calls and we were able to get everything fixed first thing the next morning. Luis responded to us quickly, gave us a great price and fixed our window quickly. 10/10 would recommend!
Really nice people and gave good recommendations for my rear wind shield replacement. Very easy to get an appointment on a Saturday for urgency. The only thing is that they spent 30 minutes to find my car key because they mixed with other keys!
I had my window broken around 5PM on a Tuesday. The following morning I check with Safelite to see when they would be able to come and how much it would cost for a side mirror. I'd use them once previously a few years ago. They quoted me over $400 in didn't have an appointment available for 5 days! I called around too many different shops, one quoted me as much as $599 for service in their own shop! The owner came out and put glass in my 87 toyota truck. They come with chrome trim and are very difficult to put on. He took his time and did a great job. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone. A true professional.
