This was the second time I used Butler Mortgage. I called around... I even contacted friends of friends... no one had a better rate. I also contacted my current lender... and instead of working for my bussiness "TD" said .. let me know what rates you got ... maybe we can match it... Butler Mortgage didn't play games. They gave the best rate ... and stuck by it. No Bs... like the rest of these garbage lenders. If you are looking to get a mortgage or refinance Butler Mortgage should be your first call.
