When most say and don't do, LFL does the opposite. Leronda monitored my file for over a year. When rates turned in my favor, LFL approached me with an estimated savings number. I was impressed with the follow-up and switched within the week. No change in the service today. After an out of town accident delayed the return trip home, LFL guided me through the process and remained in touch until my vehicle was restored and returned. Oh, the office is nice too. ��
