They does very great team work
Last week was my first time going there and despite coming a little later than I should have, they still welcomed me and treated me with kindness and respect. They walked me through the process and explained everything really easily. From beginning to end I had no issues. The workers I spoke to who deserve a special shout out are Helen, Shakira, and Guerby!
Today was my first donation and I was really impressed with this experience. The girls working the front were very prompt, courteous and just had a great energy about them. The nurse (Eunice) was very professional and thorough with her assessment and did her job in an impressive manner. Thanks for a positive experience!!
Hands down the most organized center I've been to in Florida
The machines are really slow here. They always try to say it’s something I ate and it’s not true. When I donate at CSL plasma I have zero issues and my donation time is 45 minutes faster. I only came here because they paid more. Now they pay less . The slow machines aren’t worth the pay. Until they change machine, go somewhere else.
