Was waiting in queue for about 45 min, and they completely forgot about me until I said something. Then still had to wait, was promised the next time I was here they could push me through the queue for the disorderly wait time and back tracked and said they couldn’t
The staff and nurses are professional. The people that draw the plasma- are not that great at the needle. I have gone to other plasma donations and never left with a bruise. Ow I can’t draw for a week! Sorry but honestly I won’t go back. I have to wear long sleeves for a month to let this heal.. good bye the donation compensation is not enough to come back and try and hop this won’t happen again. So I’m done!

On two separate occasions, I’ve been a total Karen at Bio Life and the Staff and management were patient and kind to me. And every time I come in After, they continue to be professional and allowed me to redeem myself. Thank you, BioLife team
