Very nice people.They explain the process if you have never donated.
I like the place. Don't like how the waiting area will be nearly empty, but Im sitting for 15 minutes plus, almost feels intentional because it always happens to me. I already drive 40 minutes one way to get there, I don't want to be in the waiting room for nearly an hour before even getting stuck. I only take 30 minutes to fill the container so why am I in LFB for 2 hours..? I'm not new. Had an instance where one of the managers in there put at administrative hold against me to be petty, very unprofessional. Almost lost 2 s... read more

very nice people they try and get you in and out as soon as possible.
Wouldn’t rate them even a 1! The white girl in the front with glasses is very unprofessional and talks about other patients business to other people out in the waiting area not only that she’s very rude After my 3rd donation they said my blood come back for hep c and I needed to get tested! I went to my obgyn got tested and all my test results come back negative! They refuse to take my off the national sonar deferral list all because of there mess up!
