Thinking of LF Optical Warehouse Sunrise Avenue Location for your spectacle needs? DON’T! Once upon a time it was well run and cost saving. Not any more. The indifferent, listless and unprofessional “salesperson” is unconcerned with the slovenly appearance of the office. Having work trays and paper scattered about might be forgiven at a low end discount establishment but prices here are the same or higher than other optical stores. Now that it is under new ownership their business hours are inconsistent. Went there during posted business hours and they were CLOSED! At least they could change their voice mail to indicate that. They are going to loose all their customers the previous owner built upon. Very disappointing.
Great collection's
Had gone to them for years, now, I will never go near them. Their receptionist is rude and clueless, she has the customer service skills of a dead porcupine, unresponsive and prickly. I cannot believe the new owners have spiked the reputation of the name. Shameful really.
