Called for air duct cleaning and they scheduled a few days later. 3rd party confirmed day before. The guy doing the cleaning needed to be hand held thru the whole process and was very demanding overall terrible at customer service. Tried to upsell me on everything. I called this company because I thought I was hiring local. The check I wrote was for an LA company so I’m not sure. Anyway The job got done and quickly so that’s two stars.
THEY ARRIVED ON THE JOB AT THE EXPECTED TIME, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WOULD BE ACCOMPLISHED IN CLEANING OUR CARPETS, LF AIR DUCTS AND CARPETS CLEANERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WOULD RECOMEND THEM!
THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.. I HAVE 2 DOGS AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE SUPER FAST.. I'VE USED THEM TWICE SO FAR AND I'LL CONTINUE TO USE THEM A COUPLE TIMES A YEAR.. THEIR PRICES ARE PRETTY REASONABLE TOO.
The team were very friendly & very professional They explained how the work would be done and even had me to look at each area before they clean the carpet.Our carpet is backing to looking like new .I'm extremely impressed! Great service and reasonable prices!!!
Absolutely excellent customer service! Mike and Shawn are the biggest sweethearts!! I forgot I had made an appointment for today and they were patiently waiting outside my door for 20 minutes.. I felt so horrible and they were so nice about the whole situation.. Really!! And most important, my carpets look brand new now.. Big thank you..
