We ordered an Anderson storm door through the Manheim lezzer lumbar and waited 4 weeks for it to come in. We wanted to get a different door knob color and exchange only the handle which is a separately ordered part from the door. We were bluntly told it was a cash payment and no returns or exchanges allowed. I don't see any benefit of ordering anything through lezzer lumber. As other one star reviewers have mentioned, there is an older individual working there that has an extremely bad & unprofessional attitude and has no idea what he is talking about despite "having worked there for 30 years" (Time does not equal experience if you are still horrible at your job in 30 years of working there) The individual can't even read spec's off of a simple spec sheet properly and almost would have ordered the incorrect product if I would have proceeded further. I was very unimpressed with one of your six wheeler straight truck drivers between Clearfield and Philipsburg PA today. they ran a stop sign just to get ahead of me then proceeded brake check me twice in my loaded semi. very unprofessional
I have been doing remodels on my home for years and I have spent thousands of dollars at lesser lumber since I conveniently live about a block away. I have always found the service to be particularly helpful except for one particular individual that works in there that always seems to have an attitude.
