Not fun to get sold a below par camera for an expensive price and to get offered not even a quarter of the amount you paid to sell it back � support small business though right? The camera was being sold cheaper online but I bought it in store and once I saw it was not the great quality it was talked up to be by the employee I wanted to sell it back in the same condition and I was offered much less than a quarter than what I paid, a couple hundred less than used ones are selling for online. Great staff with great products who are happy to answer questions I have and will provide guidance and education. I'm still learning photography and the thing I appreciate most is how comfortable I feel, even if I'm asking a stupid question; they don't talk down to you. Plus I love the printing services too. I printed a photo for my mom for Christmas and it came out great. Couldn't be happier. :)
Bought a Leica M3 + 50mm f2 Summicron (Near Focus) and goggles from you on my trip to VT in August 2016. Needless to say, the camera was in near prefect condition. The only scuff marks were on the side from a strap rubbing against the body. Best camera. I love shooting with it!!
I was really grateful that you could get my camera repaired. I thought it was a lost cause when it broke, now I have it back working like new. I appreciated the honest assessment and accurate estimate when I brought it in, and am very happy to have that great camera working again!
