University Trace Leyendecker Group management. I moved into University Trace on 8/10/21. I have been constantly harassed by the ***** ***** members of the community for our ESA dog that was approved before we moved in under the fair housing act. I moved into a town home at Memorial Bend Place at the end of October. I was told that Leyendecker is the property manager for this site. This site consists of town homes owned by individual landlords with an HOA and is managed by Leyendecker, which means that Leyendecker is directly responsible for things such as noise complaints. I have now filed multiple complaints with Leyendecker about my neighbor who is loud enough to vibrate my walls.
