She cancels super frequently. Always a "family situation". After her THIRD last minute cancelation I'm done. All I received from this last cancelation was a small note saying " I can't do your hair, here is another person who will do it". Totally pawned off on someone I've never met. I have 3 feet of hair. This is not just a "kid's cut". Terrible business skills.
Leyda gives the best service and is so easy to talk to. I always leave her salon feeling amazing. I moved last year and will still drive the extra distance to see her.
Leyda always does an ah-mazing job on my hair! On my last visit, I told her I wanted a new look and she delivered!
