First time ever happening to me that it’s so unprofessional...she cancelled one hour prior to my appointment instead of giving me a more of an advance notice. Assuming/seemingly I can tell this is a young female that just started this business trying to get client up being that she’s on Groupon but she needs more customer service technique to prosper in this line of business. Terribly unsatisfied
