Joe was great, I called him about my issue and by my description he was able to practically diagnose the issue with My A/C. once he looked it over he confirmed his original diagnosis was correct. I thought I was gonna be out of a car for a day or two. Since I had gone somewhere else and they kept it over night just to tell me it was electrical and they couldn’t do it. I had a very pleasant experience with getting my car's AC serviced today. I noticed the air was not blowing as cool as it usually would especially in this intense Valley heat. I read Joe's reviews and took a chance, and I'm glad I did. I brought my car in at 2 PM today and had it back by 7 PM after having it serviced. Joe managed to get all the parts needed today by making some calls. By the time I got my car back the AC was freezing cold! Thank you so much from someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars :)

Joe is very knowledgable and explains everything. He takes no shortcuts and figures the problem out before making you pay for unnecessary parts. I took my Camry and he was able to determine the issue, fix it the same day, and best of all was able to save me money by finding the part i needed and getting it for less. Not many shops or mechanics would be that honest
