My daughter has a 2026 TX500H hybrid that she loves. Since it was nearly new, it has pulled to the right. New tires, and 7 trips to the dealer now and it still pulls. It has been at the dealer now since late January for the 7th time. Lexus corporate is now involved. A rep called her today and asked for the umpteenth time, now, let me get this straight. I bought a brand new 2024 Lexus GX 550. At the end of 2025, I was informed of a recall, which is significant enough to cause loss of power while driving, meaning a wreck! However, no remedy for the recall. Are you expecting me to just park my car until you come up with a remedy?!!! I called and sent an email to the leadership but no one ever responded

My boyfriend recently bought a used 2019 Lexus, and trying to set up the Lexus app has been an absolute nightmare. He spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, only to be endlessly redirected from one person to another. No one seemed capable of understanding something as basic as a change in ownership. This is a simple app setup—it should NOT take this long or require this much effort. Dealership in Dayton, Ohio owned by Hudson Automotive Group has discriminated against its employee, and a cover-up was created to protect the dealership. Please read what’s attached, it’s INSANE! This dealership gives Lexus corporation a very bad name!!! Not to mention the bad business with their customers, that I experienced first-hand with two of my customers in which took months for them to recover their money back!
