I have my IS serviced twice at this location with Tony McCarty, last maintenance service was on 12/13. Tony has been more than helpful and extremely tentative to facilitate all the needs. The whole process is very smooth, quick and enjoyable with the new facility. I will definitely recommend Tony and this new facility to anyone.
I had a bad experience with the Performance Lexus of northern Ky in the service department! The GM responded to my review that we could discuss the issue, left her number on the review for us to discuss. Since this response to my review, from the General manager, I have called FOUR TIMES as she has offered, for us to discuss. I have left voicemail messages, messages with 2 actual people and the GM has NOT called back to discuss as offered. I took my car to them because i was hearing noises coming from the right rear after the lexus collision shop fixed the bumper. They told me that the noises was because the arm rod was bent and need to be replaced. They replaced the arm rod on my Lexus IS 250 and they said they test drove it but the noises was coming from shocks that needs to be replaced. You would think that as professional mechanics that they should have noticed that, right. They charged my insurance company over 700 dollars to fixed the arm rod and then to... read more
