I purchased a 2019 ************* A220 on 8/3/24 on 8/15/24 the car broke down on the **** I had it towed to my mechanic, he proceeded tell me I needed a new engine. I contacted the dealership and they told me nothing could be done because I didn't purchase the extended warranty. I told them I never thought after 3 weeks of driving the car it would brake down and need a new engine. I spoke to sales manager he suggested I have it towed at my expense to one of their mechanics. This site does not understand how to be a business. Lexus CHOSE a car for me. It was spoken to all of us by an elderly man who walked inside the room. He said this is for you. See how it sits high? I spent two 8 hour days inside the room answering questions, signing papers and asking to see and read the manual. in 2 days I was told by a worker how to open the gas tank & open the trunk. **** and **** ******** wanted to run my credit even though l've been approved with my credit union for more than the amount of the vehicle. Acted like total ******. Wasn't able to get a simple quote unless they ran my credit. They said no purchase order unless I took it tonight and didn't even want to show me the numbers prior to making that choice.
