On Saturday July 19, 2025 , I walked into Lexus of Peoria. Quinn Easton was the salesman who greeted me at the door. He was very considerate and understanding of my situation. 24 hrs earlier, my son was in a scary car accident outside of Indianapolis. Took my car in for an oil change and had Abby as my service advisor. She listened to what service I wanted and didn’t try to upsell other services. I also appreciated a clean car delivered to me when my oil change was finished. It’s only my second time at Lexus of Peoria for service, but I’ll be back in the future.
Nicole is helpful, gets what my vehicle needs taken care of and even takes care of extras along the way. I highly recommend this dealership.
