Made an appointment for an oil change two weeks ago then was turned away because they didn't have time to do it, said it was the fault of their AI booking system
I’ve done business with this dealership for parts before and they were kind of sketchy then but nice. Today 10-31-2024 I called around 7:35am to get a price on a new key fob. I initially spoke to Rose nice lady but hard of hearing maybe I had to repeat a lot of things I said. She gathered all of the information I needed before transferring me to parts which I appreciated so I wouldn’t have to repeat myself.
