This is my third Lexus I’ve had serviced at Eastway Lexus and I’ve always had excellent service experience there with knowledgeable and courteous personnel.
My first service with Lexus. The girl told me it was going to be one hour for an oil change and it ended up being three hours. They forgot that it was lunch break. Not off to a good start.
