Has to improve the system. When you ask for quotation, they give high price ALL THE TIME so make sure you always ask for further deals and check with other dealership too for comparison. Even their service for vehicle safety , it cost 50% more than the other dealership! Insanely pricey!
They used to be top for service, but starting this year (2025) have had 2 poor experiences with them. And when you complain, they just don't care. Really a shame how bad their service department has become in the past several months.
Karen and Tekle are two of the best sale people someone could have the privilege of buying a car with. The entire process was easy and very quick. They answered every question I had and worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Thank you both again.
