I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 1pm today. I waited in the Service lane, after being checked in, for over 25 minutes. The Service writer, Mike then strolls out and tells me sorry for the delay, he didn't know I was there. When I told him that's a long wait with no write-up, he just laughed it off. Be prepared to wait 3 hours for a simple tire change!! Ridiculous!!
We had an outstanding sales Rep (Austin) who went above & beyond. It was the servicing dept that was very disappointing & unprofessional. We just purchased an NX 200T on 9/15/24 & that same day we noticed a slit budging bubble on the rear passenger side. Took it back to dealership for inspection & they gave us the runarounds when asked to speak to servicing manager. A tech recommended a replacement but was told at our expense. The AUDACITY to say we could have caused it since it wasn't caught before leaving their dealership ... read more
