Never met such salesperson like Frank. No respect towards customers and totally unprofessional. Unwilling to answer the queries and verbally abusive. Ruined my total day after visit the showroom. Not expected from the car dealership like Lexus.

DO NOT BUY AND TRUST LEXUS CERTIFIED VEHICLES, I PURCHASED 2019 ES 350 CERTIFIED. AND THIS CAR HAVE SOME SUSPENSION ISSUE. AND ONE TIRE WEAR UNEVEN. I WENT BACK TO THEM 3 TIMES AND I CHANGED ALL 4 NEW TORES AND AFTER 6 MONTHS ONE TIRE START MAKING NOISE AND UNEVEN WEAR. THESE LEXUS TECHNICIANS WERE UNABLE TO FINE THE PROBLEM.
