Lexus in Smithtown is extremely corrupt and unprofessional. You will lose money. The sales people will be nice but when your car breaks down you will be taken advantage of. We bought a brand new Lexus for over $50k. The engine broke down 2 times in the first 4 months. They didnt know why and didnt care about the danger. My partner and I began a buying process at Lexus of Smithtown in late October 2021. We made a deposit for $500, with no terms attached. It is a nightmare for me to purchase a used vehicle from Lexus of Smithtown. 1. On July 7th or 8th (forgot exact date), I sent a purchase inquiry to Lexus of Smithtown online; 2. On July 8th, Lexus of Smithtown told me the car is in EXCELLENT condition.
