Lexus in Smithtown is extremely corrupt and unprofessional. You will lose money. The sales people will be nice but when your car breaks down you will be taken advantage of. We bought a brand new Lexus for over $50k. The engine broke down 2 times in the first 4 months. They didnt know why and didnt care about the danger. Lexus of Smithtown When we bought our Lexus at this dealership, we learned what a special place this is. ( We had never had a luxury car before and did not realize that the service is a luxurious as the car.) The deal was an easy one. The saleman was great. And the service department -When we brought our car in for an oil change, they would wash the car!!! No car of mine was ever that clean. They are polite and friendly and they wash the car!! I love this dealership.
Ol Smoke and Mirrors Scam So not sure about all of these positive reviews as they were likely done by staff family and not true customers. While I agree, the sales team is very friendly, I had the worst dealership experience ever at this place, and will never go back or recommend to a friend, family, or foe. It is a nightmare for me to purchase a used vehicle from Lexus of Smithtown. 1. On July 7th or 8th (forgot exact date), I sent a purchase inquiry to Lexus of Smithtown online; 2. On July 8th, Lexus of Smithtown told me the car is in EXCELLENT condition.
