Please what ever you do, don't buy a car from this company. They have the most unscrupulous service department I have ever encountered. We bought a brand new car and brought it back because of defective paint. They have given us nothing but grief and took it and buffed it. NOW it has more scratches than it did when we left it with them. I just feel like crying because my beautiful new car has been ruined. It will never be right! If you are in the market for a Toyota do yourself a favor and buy a Honda. One of the worst service dept. we have ever had to deal with. Quick to take your money very lax to fix problems.
We bought a car from them in December and it is now June and we still haven't received title or registration. All of the paperwork is messed up. We went with them because they said they could handle our paperwork and we're still having problems. The people who work there are very friendly. Toyota products are top notch. They just bit off more than they can apparently chew.
