Unfortunately, my experience was horrible! I had to deal with Kevin, Kevin was unprofessional, rude, uneducated, and condescending with no people skills at all. However, I noticed him relaying his treatment to me to his manager, and both laughed about it. I was there to sell my car , and I received an offer from that dealership. Honestly, I was thinking that Lexus of Seattle was held to a higher standard, and that is why I chose to go there, but I was mistaken.
They fixed a nightmare that was discovered from the previous owners of my car, and didnt charge me extra. Would highly recommend.
