If you are buying a Lexus, do yourself a favor and go to Bellevue. This dealership has cars, but in my experience, doesn’t provide anything extra. The major motivation of the sales department is short-term transaction volume (the spiff), as opposed to building long-term relationships. If your tight on time, you might as well visit any other N Seattle dealer and look out for your best interests.

Wonderful experience at Lexus of Seattle with Luck, Matt, Abdalah, and Patrick. The entire team was very professional, kind, and patient. I was the last customer on a Thursday night on the last of the month and I never felt rushed. Both Luck and Abdalah reiterated multiple times if I had any questions even after purchase, I could always reach back out. I ended up having to come back the next day to have a couple minor scuffs buffed, and Luck had me in and out in less than 10 minutes with the detailer.
