I can’t recommend Lexus of Santa Fe, and Adrian specifically, highly enough. I bought my first GX 550 in 2024 from a dealer in the Phoenix area, and the experience left a lot to be desired. I paid $7,000 over MSRP on a high-demand vehicle, it was shipped to me on a semi, and when it arrived it was nearly out of fuel with the low-fuel warning already on. I bought a set of tires at Lexus about a year ago and recently had a blow out on the highway. I took it back to Lexus and found out there is a 2 year road warranty on the tire. I think the service agent who helped was Joe. He was great. He took care of everything and it didn't cost me a dime to have the tire replaced.
