Closed with the doors all unlocked ? 3:50 PM 2.19.25 Went to ask some questions and check out Lexus ES300h. In the twenty minutes I was there, guess how many times I was greeted? Or even saw a live person? I thought of checking my phone to see if there was some evacuation or rapture
I don’t know what happened here recently, but the single biggest reason we chose to get into a new Lexus was the spectacular service standards set at this dealership by old service manager Derek, who became our Lexus contact in CA when we moved cross country. I was incredibly disappointed to learn recently that he’s no longer at this location. It was because of him we asked to be introduced to his sales team when we sold our old Lexus.
