I would not recommend this dealership, particularly the service department. Cynthia is the latest manager wreaking havoc with the service department there as she continues their long history of chasing the bottom line at any cost. The quality of workmanship and the lack of sincerity is just terrible. The shortcomings dribble down from the top and are imbedded in their business culture. They just don’t get it. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. Read the Yelp reviews on this dealership carefully and be forewarned.

Excellent sales experience, not pushy very helpful
I can't believe they had the nerve to send me a survey. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. I'm a 68 year old professional man and have never had an experience like I had. I drove over an hour to go buy from them. Then I end up paying a 500.00 restocking fee. Buyer beware!
Well, I visited the lessons of Santa Barbara two times, And test drive two cars The persons are very polite very patient and I’m usually tough a customer, They provide information that I ask for. Especially there was a confusion about the warranty and maintenance plan, which was on one of their certified car that I bought, They clarify that everything is within the VIN number of the car and I do not need to be worried about anything, Also, since it was a used Certified 2025 Lexus, I ask Them to take care of a few scratches b... read more
