I purchased a lovely 2019 RAV4 hybrid from their Used car selection. It was extremely clean, like new really, with 31k miles. The purchase was easy, the sales and financing staff very knowledgeable. The automatic climate control was not working properly, after the sale. When I brought the issue to the finance managers attention they scheduled the car for service at my convenience. The customer service is not very good. We arrived for our scheduled appt on our way through SB as we live 100+ miles away. They said it needed a part that they did not have and they would reach out to me for options. A month went by and no communication from them. I finally called and miraculously the part had arrived. I was told that someone would reach out to me for service options. That was 2 days ago. Their lack of communication is something I would expect from a Kia dealership, not Lexus.
