We had a wonderful experience at Lexus of SB. Our salesperson was great and the finance person exceptional, I'd buy from them again.
Purchased a new 2026 RX350H. Jonathan the sales guy was amazing very knowledgeable. Great communication, but Lawrence in finance is a different story,, very unprofessional and condescending. Lexus is currently offering $1000 Incentive to military veterans. Lawrence makes it out like he’s doing some big favor by giving us the discount. Then he proceeded to try to give me an 8% interest rate with an 845 FICA score . If it wasn’t a birthday gift to my wife I would have taken my business elsewhere.
