They're under construction but still no one came to talk to us. I was looking to buy a new car and they drove me right to the Toyota dealer.
Jonathan Cruz is a very nice car salesman. Straightforward and made our purchase easy helping us with the necessary car app that came with our lightly used Tesla Y. Also Robin in the finance department was great. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend Lexus of Santa Barbara.

On March 20, 2025, I purchased a service contract and warranty for my 460 GX 2023. The finance guy dragged me on for 2 hours to sell me the service and warranty I bought it but then I cancelled the contract Within the same hour and at the same location, I cancelled both with the finance person, Ezequiel Maciel. He stated he couldn't process the cancellation immediately but assured me a refund would be issued within one month. Review of the Service Department: We traveled to Santa Barbara for work, for about three weeks. Brought in my wife's 2024 IS350 for a coolant leak in the morning 07/01. Service department had the car all day and told us by close of business that they did a pressure test and found no coolant leak. They topped off the coolant and gave us the car back the same day.
