They lost my business... I received an email reminder for my service appointment instructing me to check in with Homer. When I arrived, no service writer greeted me, so I went directly to Homer’s desk. Before I could speak with him, someone at the neighboring desk told me I could not sit there and needed to wait by my car because “others are in front of you.” If the dealership is unable to staff appointments they have scheduled and confirmed, it defeats the purpose of making an appointment at all. Great service. Impressed with the handful of staff that come up to you to make sure you have been helped. Service agent Homer was fantastic. They got me an Uber to and from my house while they serviced my car. Everything was smooth and efficient
Cyole, is a great sales man, did a great job on making sure we felt welcome. Was very knowledgeable on the car we were looking. Overall a great sales man and awesome customer service.
