I've had the pleasure to interact with Jeremy, Jimmy, and the rest of the Lexus team in purchasing the RZ. The entire process was smooth, clear, and transparent. Their service was also clearly on a higher level than competitors. I have been having a blast with the RZ during the last few weeks (it's so well designed and comfortable!) and I have no doubt in my mind that it was the best decision I could have made!
They just lost a customer of almost 15 years today. I bought my car at Lexus in 2012 I have taken my car here religiously for service since then. Today, in my time of need, they abandoned me. I had my car in for service a couple weeks ago. Then a week later, all of a sudden my battery died. I boosted it and it seemed fine.
