The Lexus experience starts with the sales representative, Logan. He exemplifies everything about the brand, but also reflects the culture that is instilled by the leaders at the dealership. From the moment we first dealt with Logan to now (our third vehicle), we’ve always felt welcome and appreciated. He is generous with his time, knowledgeable about the products and wants to make sure we are entirely satisfied. We also have an Acura MDX as a second vehicle; when it dies, we’re getting an RX from Logan.
