We recently purchased a Lexus TX 350 from Jessie, and the experience was amazing! Jessie was professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy and stress-free, taking the time to answer all our questions and explain every detail. We really appreciated her friendly attitude and honest communication. Highly recommend Jessie if you’re looking for a new or used Lexus, she truly goes above and beyond for her guests!
This is a total untrustworthy dealership. Staff are rude, liers, refer your vehicle to even worse collision centres and taking referral money. They don’t have time to reply your questions though they are not busy. I hope another Lexus dealership by a different management will come in the town. But Lexus of Calgary is far better that these people.
My experience at Lexus Royal Oak was exceptional. My first service appointment was seamless from start to finish. I had pre-booked a spa appointment, which was a wonderful addition to the visit. Nozomi did an outstanding job with the pedicure and was a pleasure to chat with throughout. The complimentary coffee and pastries were a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making the process so smooth. I look forward to many more years of excellent service.
I was delighted to find out that your dealership offered a spa service while you wait for your car to be attended to! Nozomi took excellent care of me and I was treated to a relaxing massage and pedicure, while sipping on a delicious mocha made by the barista at the coffee bar downstairs. It was a lovely treat and I will definitely return!
