Lexus makes beautiful vehicles and we as consumers spend a little extra to enjoy a great product. Unfortunately, dealerships like Lexus of Pembroke Pines has employees like the sales manager Frank Marcella that ruin the experience if there is a issue no matter who's right and who's wrong. Frank was aggressive, unprofessional, rude and probably the most arrogant person i've ever spoken to. On 3/5/25 Lexus of woodland hill posted a price on a RX 350L at $41,991. I reached out to the salesman ****** on 3/5/25, he texted me that he would sell it to me for $42,288 minus the $500 ****** discount, $41,788. ****** stated that he would be off on 3/6/25. I was overcharged $5,200 on a 3- year lease and it took three leases and 3 months to get it corrected. The dealership never explained their "mistakes," nor were they proactive in getting it corrected. There were numerous mistakes on the lease, including the year of the car, the residual value, the gross capitalized cost, and the downpayment. I went in to get a oil change in December I only got a car washed and sat there for 3 hours was not fair then they charged me, within two weeks later or so My car starts jumping making weird noises come to find out my oil is black is tar they never change my oil and then have the audacity to charge me
I agreed on a price with the salesman and ** at this dealership for a car. Booked a round trip ticket to go inspect it before purchase. They ran my credit and everything. I asked the salesman twice if he needed a deposit and said " no we are good its yours ". Salesman agreed to pick me up from *** and everything. Hey everyone – a serious warning about Pembroke Pines Lexus in Florida. Based on my experience with Rohan Alexander and Jorge A*****, I’d strongly recommend avoiding them. Last week, I placed a deposit on a GX 550 with the exact specs I wanted—at MSRP—based on their promise that my deposit would secure that specific vehicle and take it off the market, with a delivery window of 2-3 months or sooner. My wife was ********harassed by one of their employees, who left a power tool in my wife's car in an attempt to ask her out (why would a power tool get in there to begin with?). Their salesmen are as shady as the rest of them. They present themselves well but they are just better at the tricks they pull. ******.
Absolute Nightmare to Deal with. I went in to get oil and tires/routine service after 2 cars and 10 yrs of my business. During their "courtesy inspection" I was told I need a new water pump $2790, he then negotiated down to $2300 when I hesitated then $1800. I went to get 2nd opinion and was told nothing wrong with the car.
