If you're looking to purchase a new Lexus OR a pre-owned Lexus OR another pre owned auto they have on the lot at Lexus of Roseville.....I HIGHLY recommend you do your research first. Their customer service is horrible, they pass you off to different sales people, they were suppose to have ordered my "manual" the day I purchased a pre-owned Cadillac SUV from them a couple days before Thanksgiving. This location deserves Zero stars. They sold a vehicle on 07/19/21 that didnt have a title so they couldnt initiate the title transfer. We patiently waited for 14 weeks to receive the title. Not only did the business commit an illegal activity but they refused to acknowledge their wrong doing. After many strategically ignored calls for three weeks, they finally started responding to written emails and they refunded the check. On June 11, 21, I visited Lexus of Roseville. I was interested in a 18 ***** Malibu they had listed for $15,779. What happened after that was the worst mistake Ive made in my life. As I mentioned above the car was listed for $15,770. You will not find that price anywhere on my contract. My contract starts out with a base price of $16,892 and goes all the way up to a grand total of $26,903.40. There were some other issues with financing that Im concerned about.
