I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-through from this dealership. I brought my vehicle in for a complimentary service in December 2025 at the same location where I originally purchased it. During that visit, my advisor, Diego, asked if there were any concerns. Good experience considering that buying a car can be like root canal. Johnathan is a nice guy and pretty knowledgable considering he was selling a Subaru and not a Lexus. Only negative was the car loan interest rate of over 7%, not what I expected considering I have an over 800 credit score. This is an incentive to pay the loan off quickly. A major plus is that we got it all done in one visit thanks to Johnathan. I would recommend this dealership ! Peter Nicholson
Service and personnel were great. Very friendly. The only issue and a small one is that they forgot to wash the car as they said they would. Overall very good service.
Very smooth experience. Dan paid attention to my needs. Everyone was professional and kind. I will only take my Lexus to Lexus Freeport.
