If I had that the service was this I would have Lexus owner years ago. Megan was amazing down to earth, great spirit. Keep up the excellent job.
I experienced an average visit at Lexus for a state inspection. They took much longer than normal. Once it was determined that I needed a headlight to pass inspection it took about an hour just to put a headlight in. Not to mention I had to pay $300 for a bulb that I could have got online for $50. They really price gouged me. Not a happy customer.
The sales representative was knowledgeable and king without being overbearing.
