Very quick excellent super
Do not expect any help from them. Before you finish your question they are shaking their head saying “i don’t know”. To get anything done or if you have any questions, you have to email Eduardo the Master Parts Manager. Everyone else is useless. Trust me.
Eddie and Mickey are very knowledgeable about the Lexus products! Very friendly and gracious! Greatly appreciated what they did for me! I appreciated how they helped me, which they did not have to do what they did for me! I will recommend this dealership any day! My orders are delivered at fast pace. I will keep ordering from them.
I always order parts for my Lexus from Lexus of Queens. The price are the best and Eddie Perez is the best when it to answering my question or concern.
Make sure you get there before 5 or you're out of luck, I guess? Got there around 5:20 thinking I just made it in time, asked to buy some parts and the guy told me they closed at 5. I'm guessing, the info on Google maps is wrong?
