I’ve been taking my RCF here for a year and two months for routine maintenance and I could not be more pleased with the service I experience every time I come in. The customer service for parts is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. I have been calling to get a part for days. They keep transferring me to a voicemail or put me on hold with no one answering. It’s like they don’t want to be bothered. This is very poor customer service for a Lexus dealer. This is for parts only….. I had great service from the service department.
