I brought my car yesterday at 10 AM for a routine maintenance of my Lexus RZ 450 E only 4000miles. I only had it for two months. I picked it up a day later, only to find on the driver door some bubbled up paint that chipped by the handle. It also was painted over it seems. Lisa Johnson was polite and to the point. I used a online promotion and saved alot on an oil change without any hassle or pressure to purchase anything else. I was looking forward to a video inspection on my vehicle to be sent to me but that never happened. MY LEXUS dealer of rallye always sends me videos of all my vehicles but they are just too far for me.
