I brought my 2025 Lexus IS 350 F Sport in for service about two months after purchase due to a front bumper separation issue on the driver's side- apparently this issue is known to the IS line. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Liza Johnson from Lexus this morning, and she was absolutely wonderful. I was feeling very nervous and stressed because I was worried about being late for work while trying to drop my car off at the parts and service department. The GPS could not recognize the address because of the dash in “56-08,” which caused extra confusion. I truly hope this issue can be fixed so it’s easier for customers to find the location.
