Service advisor was very nice and the waiting area was clean. I was waiting for my car for regular maintenance and tire rotation. Normally the job takes an hour to an hour and a half at most, but I waited for 3 1/2 hours. When I got my car, my driver side mat was completely wet and it’s the only one that is wet.. So it’s not like they washed all of my mats and that’s why this one was wet. When I asked the cashier if service at this location normally takes this long. Service is great, I had the pleasure of working with Everest, he was kind, patient and knowledgeable about everything I asked. He even caught an overcharge and helped me get a refund for it. Only reason for removing 1 star is the run flat tires. I started leasing this car in July 2024, by December 2024 I had 2 flat tires, that cost me $400+ labor and tax each. I had to purchase new ones, now I get a nail in my tire I figure I can just get it plugged but apparently you cannot patch a run flat so I had to buy a 3rd tire! $1200... read more
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE OVER FOR AN OIL CHANGE, I BROUGHT MY CAR HERE FOR SERVICE ON FRIDAY, MY ENGINE STARTED MAKING LOUD METAL GRINDING NOISES OVER THE WEEKEND, TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO FIND OUT THEY FORGOT TO ADD OIL WHICH CAUSED MY MOTOR TO SEIZE. NOW THEY DONT WANT TO COVER IT ALL BECAUSE I BROUGHT IT TO ANOTHER SHOP INSTEAD OF THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE!!!
My service consultant, Maria Cristina Morales, was unfailingly polite, helpful, and reliable in her information flow. It got a little difficult over the holidays and she always kept me updated. She is a true professional.
