They scratched my rim during my first service appointment. I immediately notified my service advisor, Artur, and he said he would get back to me after speaking with his manager. It has now been a month, and I still haven’t heard back. I’ve also tried calling several times, but no one answers. Update: Everest, the Assistant Service Manager, reached out and got the wheels refinished. I'm happy with the results, thank you so much!
Awful service. Every experience with lexus customer service is unfortunately miserable. Whether it's by phone or in person. Just seems the people are miserable
Today, I visited for my scheduled 17,600-mile oil change. Ms. Lisa Johnson was very friendly and helpful, and thanks to her assistance, I was able to have the oil change and vehicle inspection completed without a long wait. Something I always notice is how clean and comfortable the entire facility is. There is a sense of comfort and ease here that I have not experienced at other dealerships. I would like to thank Ms. Lisa Johnson and everyone on the team for their excellent service.
