Maria Morales was a Godsend! She went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed as quickly as possible and made the whole experience much less stressful. As a Filipino customer, it was especially nice to be helped by a fellow Filipino who was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely willing to help. Filipino hospitality at its best! 🇵🇭 Highly recommend Maria—thank you for the amazing service!
Great customer service, pleasant and courteous.
I visited Lexus of Queens service department on 9/30/2026. My service advisor was Ms. Lisa Johnson she was so wonderful and so pleasant , she made sure that my concerns were being addressed any concerns I had she relayed the message to the mechanics. I had a pleasant experience at Lexus of Queens and let me not forget to mention that everyone there were also pleasant and polite once again I just want to specifically say thank you to Ms Lisa Johnson for making my experience a pleasant one.
