My experience with Lexus of queens was truly wonderful. The entire staff made everything smooth and easy. Oscar in sales was outstanding ,he was attentive, helpful, and ensured the process was seamless. Two days after I drove off with my vehicle, he gave me a follow-up call just to make sure everything was running smoothly truly attentive! I have to say that buying a vehicle at Lexus of Queens takes a lot of time and negotiation. It was not easy and there was a lot of back and forth with one of the sales reps (Sam) in negotiating a trade-in value for a Honda Cr-V in exchange for an NX. Sam and his manager, Angelo wanted the trade-in value of the CR-V way below the market value and I disagreed almost leading me in canceling everything and leaving.
