It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Lexus of Queens. Stephanie, our salesperson, was super helpful along the way. She gave all of the information on the car we were interested in and sent a video and photos of the car. She was available via text and phone for any questions we had. I was in the market for a used Lexus IS-350 F Sport, when I saw that there was one available in inventory with most of the packages I was interested in, I quickly made a appointment to come take a look of the vehicle. When I arrived, to my surprise the car wasn’t available and was still in service. Would have been great to be informed before making the trip to the dealership. i bought and ordered a car but they sold it to somebody else after i signed all the paperwork and gave them the money. absolutely unacceptable. Buy your cars someplace else because they wont fail to disappoint.
