I recently purchased a NX450h+ F Sport and I’m extremely happy with the delivery and after sales support. Of particular note, Jarad who we dealt with was a delight, helpful and knowledgeable. If you’re in the market for a Lexus on the mid north coast I can happily recommend Port Lexus.

320000 service, person on desk stuffed up our booking, fitted us in. However, was offered car by sales, quickly shook her head no, called spare driver to drop us in town, took 6 hours to do oil change and filter only, missed air filter cabin filter and brake fluid for that service. Not good enough. Had a 6 hour wait for a 20min job Not going back to Lexus for service or a car!! This was our 3rd RX350!
Phoned service today (29-Jan-25) to enquire on a Lexus that was purchased and always serviced on time from here. Service guy was super friendly and just so SO helpful about service history and any faults of the hybrid. Quite remarkable and a testament to service and quality. Thankyou!
